You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. apk918kiss will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Terms of Use

10. Account Suspension & Closure

apk918kiss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a consecutive period exceding twenty-four (24) months;

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, apk918kiss reserves the right to withold any balance associated with the account pending investigation.
